Smooth service delivery, easy backend systems, strong client relationships & sustainable work-life balance

So you can keep doing the work you love with dream clients, long term.

Hey there!

I’m Alex - founder of Meandering Mind

And your go-to expert for all things systems strategy, client experience, and online business management 💥

I created Meandering Mind because I needed my work to provide more freedom, flexibility, and better income security – something traditional jobs hadn’t been able to offer me as a neurodivergent person and a carer.

And I know your business has a similar origin story.

🌱 Whether it’s about having flexibility to work part-time to accommodate a disability or chronic illness.

🌱 Or enjoying the freedom to work from home and spend more time with your loved ones instead of stuck at the office.

🌱 Or getting to do work you love for a price you know it’s worth (with clients who value your expertise).

I want to help you make it a reality that works for you, your clients, and your life, long term.

Services

I’m passionate about making backend systems that support work-life balance and enhance human connections as accessible as possible – so there’s a range of ways we can partner up to work on your business together.

Build a business that works with your life, not against it

Kind words from members of the
Meandering Mind Family 🫶

“Your support in this launch has given me so much peace of mind. You have just slotted right into my business and it’s a huge weight off. Also love how you magic up automations that I never even thought of (and I thought it was on it with the automations!) that make my life so much easier. Thanks again.”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you for your understanding in all of this.

THIS is why I wanted to work with someone who understood my brain.”

“The automations you have set up for my masterclass sign up, my emails, my slack messages and so much more have been a life saver and give such a slick and professional experience for my clients.”

“Without a doubt Alex, you have singlehandedly given me more time, less stress, less anxiety, sleeker methods, smooth systems, and so much more I can’t think of. I enjoy what I do in my business so much more now I’ve handed that bit over to you.”

“I really appreciate everything that you've been doing, and it's actually really refreshing.
I never realised how much easier it is communicating with other neurodivergent people!”

But so many online service providers and coaches quit the 9-5 grind to escape the corporate burnout cycle, only to find themselves in a worse position:

Working longer hours, taking fewer holidays, and falling out of love with the reason they started their business in the first place.

Being your own boss should give you more freedom,
not less.

Suddenly, you wake up one day and realise you’re exhausted and not having as much fun as you were 6 months ago (trust me, I’ve been there too).

It doesn’t mean you did something wrong or that you’ve burnt down the business you worked so hard to build and thrown away years of hard work.

It just means that you need to take some time to reconnect with the reason you started your business, and figure out what you need from your business to make it sustainable beyond this chapter.

Burnout can creep up on us slowly.

I’m not someone who’s just going to present you with a bunch of cool techy solutions.

When I’m designing backend systems and service delivery workflows for my clients, I’m always asking myself “how?”

That’s where I come in.

Whether it’s “how can I make my client feel confident logging off for a holiday, knowing their clients are being taken care of?”

Or “how can I accommodate my client’s neurodivergence and need for structure in their processes, alongside flexibility in their client support?”

Even “how can I simplify my client’s business operations so that they don’t feel pressure to work weekends anymore?”

When we work together, I take a holistic approach to design systems and processes that accommodate your whole self and life (this isn’t Severance, we’re not focusing on making only your “outie” or just your “innie” happy here).

“How does this fit into the lifestyle my client deserves?”
