I’ll Audit your service delivery across one or more packages you offer in your business and compile my analysis and recommendations for upgrades into a bespoke Action Plan.
You’ll receive your Audit and Action Plan within 1-2 weeks so you can get started refining your backend systems.

For each of your packages I audit, you’ll receive:
Service delivery flowchart with feedback & suggestions
Video walkthrough of analysis and recommendations
Written Action Plan summarising improvements and steps for implementation
Recommendation of up to 3 tech stack set-ups to facilitate improvements (where suitable)
Optional: upgrade your Audit and get more extensive analysis with:
Assets Audit — for analysis and recommendations for unlimited assets connected to your chosen package

Afterwards, you can begin working on the tasks laid out in your Action Plan at your own pace to upgrade your systems.

Strategy Session
Enhance your Audit with a 90 minute call to refine my recommendations and polish up your Action Plan.

A Systems Strategy Session is an enhanced version of my signature Audit service.
You’ll still get to select how many packages you’d like me to audit, as well as add on Assets Add-on upgrades.
But we’ll also have chance to discuss my recommended changes to your systems and service delivery and ask questions in a deep dive 90 minute strategy session.

Not only will you receive:

But instead of a video walkthrough of my analysis and recommendations, we’ll have a chance to talk through our questions and ideas on a 90 minute strategy call so we can optimise your systems recommendations and Action Plan. Plus you’ll get a copy of the call recording for your records.

Strategy Intensive
Turn your Audit from a DIY support package to a done-with-you collab on your systems and service delivery.

We’ll begin with the same process as my Audit and Strategy Session packages.
But the Intensive includes extra support calls, unlimited messaging support, and a shared project management space where we’ll tick the tasks off your Action Plan as a team – just because you’re a business owner doesn’t mean you have to figure it all out alone!
I’ll be your sounding board, accountability partner, and let’s-figure-it-out-together hype person throughout.

While my goal is to help you make as much progress with implementing your Action Plan as possible in this 6 week support package, your Action Plan is meant to encourage you to work at the pace that best suits you.
Once your 6 weeks of support are finished, you’ll maintain access to your private portal so you can keep working on your Action Plan at your own pace.

DIY and DFY not your style? I’ve got you - we’ll start with my signature Audit process, and I’ll use your Action Plan to build your custom Dubsado client management system for you.

OBM Retainer
You don’t need someone to delegate tasks to in your business – you need a partner and confidante you can strategise with.

My OBM Retainer is for busy service providers and coaches with growing businesses who need ongoing support expanding their backend systems as their success.
Choose either 10 or 20 hours of dedicated support each month, and you’ll have a dedicated partner working on strategy, research, and implementation behind the scenes of your business.

Inside this support package, you get monthly ongoing support with:
Creating an ongoing systems strategy plan that supports your sales and marketing strategy
Refining your backend systems, client management, and client experience processes
Troubleshooting tech
Implementing automations and creating the necessary supporting assets (canned emails, forms, etc.)
Designing forms and collecting client experience feedback to supplement your systems, services, and marketing strategy
Each package also comes with regular strategy and check-in calls so we can stay aligned on your vision and targets for your business.
You’ll also get a “let’s make it happen” partner — someone you can share your dreams and vision for your business with, and who’ll do all the “figuring out”, research, and implementation to make it happen.

Well, this is an ongoing, longer-term support package, so “afterwards” looks slightly different than my other offers.
We start off with an initial OBM retainer contract of 3 months so we can establish our working relationship and get clear on where you, your business, and your clients need my support most.
After this initial 3 month period, we move to a rolling 6 month contract, so we can keep working with our long-term vision in mind, re-assessing our goals and projects for your backend systems and client experience on a bi-annual basis.
Investment: Starts at £900/month, minimum 3 month initial contract.
